Steve Sandifer, B.A., brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. His many years of experience has helped him become proficient in determining each client’s needs based on thorough qualification and his ability to discern. Through listening and following through to completion, Steve sets TLC Brokers apart from the average real estate company. Also, Steve’s extensive experience in the use of sophisticated software solutions for market analysis, transaction management and scheduling ensure he is providing the most professional level of service for each client.
Steve is the Broker/Owner of TLC Brokers. Steve manages listings and works with Buyers to help them find their dream home. He is focused on providing value to every client and is tenacious about the details. He has wonderful communication skills and works diligently with buyers, sellers, and other agents.
Steve and his wife, Helmi, along with their two daughters are thrilled to make Denver, Colorado their home for 23+ years and enjoy living in the beautiful Willow Springs neighborhood with the wonderful schools and activities. During his free time, Steve and his family take in all that Colorado has to offer with skiing, hiking and golfing. They also take in as many concerts as possible in their favorite venue, nearby Red Rocks Amphitheater.
